Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance: asset manager in real estate and mortgages for institutional investors for 50 years

We finance, develop and invest in real estate and mortgages on behalf of pension funds and other institutional investors, such as insurers and charities. In total, we manage 22.3 billion euros for more than 60 clients. We explicitly look for interaction between the financial and social added value of real estate and mortgages. We are a 100 percent subsidiary of Achmea BV and part of the Achmea Group.
